Don’t Gain 10 lbs this Christmas

You don’t have to! We swear!

We’re not alone either. Celebrity trainer Adam Ernster thinks fears of gaining weight over the holidays are completely unfounded and slightly irrational.

If you’re one of those people who associates the holiday season with an extra 10 pounds around your torso, the first step toward reversing that trend is to STOP assuming you’re going to gain weight! Ha!

Remember, the only person who controls how much your body weighs is YOU! Don’t use your Christmas vacation as an excuse to derail from a healthy diet and avoid the gym.

Despite the popular idiom, it is possible have your cake and eat it too. Enjoy the family gatherings, parties, and other holiday functions that come equipped with dietary temptations, but continue working toward your fitness goals!
