Have You Ever Bought Clothes a Size Too Small—on Purpose? Find Out Why So Many Women Do

A new survey out of the U.K. found that of 1,000 women polled, about half—48 percent!—admit to buying clothing a size too small.

It’s dubbed “size denial” by the Daily Mail. The study found that 10 percent of women will buy clothes up to three sizes too small—and only 38 percent of women would admit to going up a dress size after weight gain (so much for social shopping, huh?).
