For Rachel Zoe, another one bites the dust!

There are many stories around why Brad has left Rachel.  With BRad leaving it makes you wonder who was telling the truth about Taylor?

Rachel Zoe and Brad Goreski's working relationship will come to an end Oct. 1.

Here are the different views and you choose:

In the words of Rachel Zoe, this is “bananas!”

The celebrity stylist has parted ways with her bow-tie clad assistant Brad Goreski, People.com reports.

Goreski’s departure as style director at Rachel Zoe Inc. will reportedly go into effect Oct. 1.

“I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I know,” Goreski, 33, told the mag. “But there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.”

“I hope she’ll continue to teach me more and more,” he added.

Fans of the stylish duo, whose playful camaraderie was often featured on Bravo‘s “The Rachel Zoe Project,” will be glad to hear that their split was amicable and nothing reminiscent of Zoe’s falling out with former assistant Taylor Jacobson.

Jacobson was handed the pink slip last year after she was accused of swiping and never returning the company’s high-priced designer merchandise.

Having built such a strong friendship with Jacobson over the past four years, Zoe felt betrayed, calling the stealing scandal “one of the things that has really shocked me the most in my life and my career.”

Zoe even took to her blog to say that her company “is actually better off” without the disgruntled Jacobson, who has since denied the allegations.

Goreski’s decision to leave the company, however, has been met with a warmer response.

“We couldn’t stop hugging and we couldn’t stop crying,” Zoe told People. “He did this with such class and elegance. And I get it. I just told him, ‘I’m here for you always.’ ”

Losing Goreski will be more emotional for Zoe since the two have developed such a tight bond over the years.

“We have a relationship that’s not normal. I jump into bed with him and wake him up and we have these powwows and he’s like, ‘Wow, I haven’t brushed my teeth,’ ” she added. “I don’t want to hire somebody for the purpose of the show, we just got lucky. No one’s ever going to be Brad to me.”

Is there some law that states that the uglier your split is, the more you try to insist that it was amicable? Apparently that extends to professional breakups, because Rachel Zoe and Brad Goreski are totally in denial. Sources are spilling!

The celebrity stylist recently responsible for dressing Jennifer Garner in a terrible red carpet choice says that she and Brad Goreski didn’t fight when they parted ways.

Of course, PopEater’s Rob Shuter found the people who are hot to refute that.

“Brad was sick of doing all the work while Rachel got all the credit,” someone told Shuter. “While Rachel feels used by Brad. She feels as if she taught him everything and the second he got a chance to leave her high and dry he did.”

If Zoe’s anything, she’s too much. She’s too talented, she’s too skinny, she’s too over-the-top, she’s too demanding. It must be exhausting.

The falling-out point was awesomely bitchtastic and terrible. Apparently Rachel Zoe experienced a “turning point” in which she saw that Brad Goreski was getting too famous for being Brad, and not for working for her. When he hit the pages of the New York Times for style, Zoe went nuts!
